Heart of Greed- Episode 1.

Summary:
It starts out with reporters and people around a place called "High Court" in Hong Kong.
Reporter: The hearing that will take place today about the intense case about inheritance of 600 million from the Tong family/abalone business will be the climax of the case.
Tong Chi On (Moses Chan), Tong Chi Foon (Chris Lai), and Tong Chi Yan(Fala Chan) all get out of the car, and the reporters ask a million questions. Behind them, Susanna and Bosco walks out of another car, and of course, paparrazi ask more questons.
Reporter: Tomorrow is the death anniversary of your husband, what are you planning to do?
Wong Sau Kam (Susanna Kwan): I will invite/hire monks to make a ceremony. If anyone forces their way home, i will call the police.
Moses says that he is a child of the man, he will definately go an see his dad. Susanna says that he is a son of someone who isn't the mans wife.
It turns out the Chris and Susanna are mother and son!
Susanna says that her husband said before, mean mother, bad son, they can not be spoiled. She slaps Chris.
In the court...
Sheung Joi Sum (Linda Chung) is the lawyer for the for the Tong family (Moses, Chris, and Fala).
Linda asks Susanna: You said that the will Tong Yan Dai (Ha Yu) made, was when his mind was not clear. Why?
Susanna says stuff about being his wife.
"He tells me everything, but he NEVER told her about the will. He even swore to the light bulb, that he will not give any money to his illegimate son! Ha Yu found/picked you up in a public washroom stall in (unkown english name of place.. pronounciation in viet: Chung Wan) You don't have the right to split the money! Even until the day i die, i will not admit/say that you have any relationship with the Tong family! You already eat and wear things form the Tong family, yet you still want to split money! Don't you dare. You even helped/coached/convinced my son to turn against me! What has the Tong family done to you, did we kill your family, you damned illegimate son!"
Moses then goes and tries to solve the problem outside the court, offering 4 precious abalones.
"You want to solve outside the court? okay! Give me back my pride/reputation! Your first mom was so angered by you, that her cancer came back, I wonder if your dad was killed by being so angry at you! Even my son was convinced by you, and now he doesn't take me!" She flips/pushes the abalone case from Moses hand. Give me back my son!"

Theres a case about fake abalones (in a family, first wife against second wife), so Ha Yu and Moses were called up. Ha yu bets with Moses which side will win.
Funny moment (to me anyways):
Moses: How do you know which side will win?
Ha Yu: They have a good lawyer!
Moses: How do you know?
Ha Yu: He knows to find an expert, he knew to find a veteran/experienced guy, king of abalones in Hong Kong such as me to be a witness! Isn't that smart? (So confident!)
Moses: You are pretty okay! What if the got King of newcomers, and abalones of the ______ Road, which is me?
Ha Yu: You, your not like anyone (saying he is weird) except the trait of blabbing nonsense is exactly like me!
Both of them laugh weirdly.
Ha Yu:
How to see if abalone is good or not? Use a light! If its good, then the abalone will be clear, with a tint of red, and when in your mouth, its sweet. I specifically brought special abalone with me to show you. whats the difference between special/highclass abalone and normal abalone? The lip, or the wall of the good highclass one is high, and hard. We call it "standing". It's also curved, its round, and the meat is thick. It looks like a boat (?). The real authentic kind also has a small line/dent through the middle. Why? Because when they dry abalone, they put all of them through a string, so a mark is left behind. No line, no real.
So the side Ha Yu bet on won!
After wards Ha Yu told the family a moral/saying.
Ha Yu: Actually, in a family, if theres a problem, you need to get along and co-operate and have harmony. And if there isn't a family, its the same thing! The important thing in a family, is to be happy, and have peace, right?
Then randomly a big fight happens because they (the side that lost) thinks Ha Yu took money from winning side and lied, or they were having an affair. Big fight and then Ha Yu gets smacked in the face.
At home:
Ha yu tells family about the case, and gossips about the people in the case (in a very..show off ish way XP). He tells Uncle Po (Louis Yuen) that no matter who you offend, don't offend women! Ha Yu actually knows the family in the case!
Ling Hau(Lee Si Kei) comes out and sees them. She says "Eating a fruit is good for you, but gossiping won't make them eat any meat." Meaning, gossiping won't help you. (Lee si Kei is Ha Yu's first wife, while Susanna is the second)
Ha Yu laughs and tells the family that the mistress was hidden for a long time. Actually, the first wife and mistress live in the same building, but no one ever knew! And then when it was revealed, it was even nicer then fireworks! HAHAH.
Lee si Kei calls the servant and tells her to pour some herbal tea made out of purple grass (?) for Moses and Ha Yu.
Ha Yu: But it's so bitter! Small Bo (Moses), is your body hot (inside), why do you need it?
Moses: PLEASE be more quick witted! When ever First mom is not happy, she makes us drink this to get better!
Ha Yu: Even if shes not happy, we still have to eat! You guys pay attention and don't make her sad!
Lee si Kei makes everyone drink it. Fala complains with Auntie Lei (Michelle Yim) about how its very bitter.
Michelle: You must eat it when it's sweet, but you also must eat it if its bitter! (reffering to life also) But i have made manga pudding for you guys to eat!
Moses phone rings. Ring tone: Big mom look for you, Small mom look for you, dad look for you, wife look for you, aunt look for you, grandma look for you, grandpa look for you!
Moses listens and then hangs up.
Moses: What the! Whats up with that! (imitates macine) Hello, how are you? Recently have you been loosing hair/shedding hair?
Chris: When'd you change ringtone? Yesterday you were still using: My friend boasts too much! -sing song-
Lee Si Kei: If Moses didn't follow you so much maybe he would be better! (talking to Ha Yu)
Ha Yu thanks god for such a wonderful family.
Lee si Kei goes for check up.
Michelle yells at Po for buying bad mushrooms. Po put bad quality mushrooms outside to trick people into buying it. BLAH BLAH BLAH more lecturing from Michelle (XP)
Moses says he will go after whoever bought it to keep the stores reputation.
Sheung Joi Sum (Linda Chung) was the one who bought the only pound that was sold.
Po tells Moses that a young girl bought it.
Moses: Young Girl! How is she like? Black hair? Long or short? Is she fine/pretty?
Po: Like you said, pretty good! You pervert.
Moses walks around with a bag looking for her. He sees her and says to himself 'Wow! Yeh she is pretty good!'
They walk into a supermarket.
Linda sees a tray of sushi and says "Yay! My favourite sushi!" She looks over and sees a fresher, nicer looking tray that someone is holding, that has snail/clam meat. "OMG! My favourite food..." The person holding the tray has too trays and is deciding. She's watching him when soemone taps her shoulder. She sees Moses.
"What do you want?"
Moses: "Did you buy mushrooms at Dung Ki (Tong Gei)?
Linda: Yeh.
Moses: Sorry, that bag already was reserved for a customer.
The man puts the tray she wants down, but then someone grabs it before her.
Linda to herself: GAH! I obviously saw it first!
Linda: So what if i bought it?
Moses: Well, we are willing to pay money to trade!
Linda: Why trade? Unless it's FAKE!
Moses: SHH! Don't say nonsense!
Linda: If it's real i won't trade
Moses: $550 dollars for it, and dried oyster!
Linda: But they are all crumpled/shriveled up in pieces! Are there any that are good?
She puts one box under her arm and takes out another dried oyster box.
Linda: This one is shriveled too! -puts it under other arm- You want to trade this crap for my mushrooms? Obviously tricking me! -grabs the money-
Moses: Actually, it's not trading!
Linda: What do you mean? I obviously heard that you said you give me dried oysters to trade for my mushrooms!
Moses: Miss, we gave you money, and the oysters.
Linda: They are cheap oysters! You say it isn't trading? I bought good mushrooms, but now ou bring cheap stuff to trade with me?
Moses: Okay lets say i said it wrong. Look, i give you the oysters as presents. And they are PREMUIM and high class!
Linda: You said it wrong! They are two crumpled and shriveled oysters!
Moses: You heard another thing wrong! It's 1 box, not two!
Linda: YOU are wrong! I bought 1 pound of mushrooms, these oysters are only 1/2 a poundeach box! It says so! now i take two boxes, one pound for one pound, it's equal! Okay?
She gives Moses the oysters and walks away smiling.
At Ha Yu's house
Ha Yu lays 8 abalones side by side and laughs.
Moses: Pa! You know how you look when you look at th abalone? You are laughing hehe, and your shoulders move up and down. Like a perverted old man looking at babies and teenager girls. -imitates old men- HEHE! Baby, do you want too look at chinese fish (gold fish)? HEHE!
Ha Yu: These 10 abalones are treasures of the Tong family. They will go from generation to Generation! I tell you a secret, someitmes i laugh and wake up in the middle of the night! Because usually in life, When you don't have peace, you are happy, but when you have peace,you aren't! But i am always happy, with peace!
Moses: Be cafeful you might make the abalones wet with all your drool.
They talk about how lucky their family is.. They have 31 store branches.
Moses: Hey, you come up here to show off your treasures or boast about yur life?
Ha Yu: Dunno. Actually i have a wish.
Moses: You always wanted to eat these 2 pound-8 abalones(it means 2 abalones make one pound! Whic means they are big.)!
Ha Yu: Don't tell me you don't want too!
Moses does that silly Ha Yu laugh by accident. Of course i do, but you should think of a way so we can!
Ha Yu: You are more young, and quick witted, you should think of a way.
Ha Yu's phone rings. Same ringtone as moses
Moses: You copy me!
Lee Si Kei's check up went by smoothly, no problems with health! They celebrate.
They see the lady that lost the court case earlier. And it seems she isn't happy. They invite her to sit and celebrate with them.
Lady: Lifes funny, some people are happy, some people are sad. Seeing you guys happy, of course i congratulate you. What else would i do? Cry? Oh yeah thanks Ha Yu. You have reminded me that people like me, the big/first wife, need to be nice to mistress (said in a mean way) more!
-mood change!-
Ha Yu: I just wanted your family to be nice!
Lady: I really need to thank you! You were afraid that no one knew, but now the whole street knows how my huisband had a mistress! Thank's a lot!
Lee Si kei explains stuff to her. How Ha Yu always gossips.
Lady: I need to remind you! You are just healed! Us humans should always watch what we say, that will be why Buddha/God will help us. (said in rude way) Remeber last time Lee si kei was sick? You said if she passes 25 years old you will take half your money and thank buddha! Everyone in the street knows! Now that Yat/Gilbert (Bosco Wong) is finished unniversity in another country, he's atleast 25 years old. Buddha has been kind. Remember not to cross the river, then take/break the bridge. Buddha can not be lied too!
Louis does't know how old Gil is, while Ha Yu doesn't know how much money they have. Michelle says they have about 600 million dollars.
Moses: Half of it is 300 million. Even super donation center doesn't let you donate that much! It'd break a record!
Ha Yu: Ow.. head ache.. Head ache..
Moses: Wait, when you said you would donate half your money, was it half your money then or half your money now?!
Ha Yu: OHHH! You are so smart! What you think LSK?
LSK (Lei Si Kei): As long as we don't lie to uddha, i'm good!
Moses: How much money did you have then?
Ha Yu: No money! I only had 8 Abalones!
Michelle: No you had a store too!
Louis: How much was it worth? At least 2 million right?
Ha Yu: You kidding? Don't be naive! That year stocks went down and house price did too! Mostly in September! It wasn't worth anything! I swore AFTER september!
Louis: How much then?
Ha Yu: 800 thousand
Moses: Then we donate 400 thousand!
Ha Yu: right!
LSK: No! Ha Yu said we had 8 abalones. Then we should donate 4 abalones and 400k? Right?
Moses: If we think of it that way, then buddha think we are more sincere!
Ha Yu: Are you crazy? Do you know how much they are worth? Even if professionals put money out to buy it, they might not be able too! Oww.. Headache- nudges moses-
Moses: I know! 4 category 2(which means 2 abalones one pound) abalones means 2 pounds. We can donate 2 pounds of abalone (any kind)!
Family: You tricky!!!
LSK is mad, so Ha Yu agrees to donate 4 of the 8 abalones.
LSK: Whatever you promise to buddha, you must do it, that way we are happy, and know we did the right thing!
In Moses room:
Moses chats with Gil. Saying they remember each other and the other person says they feels happy that Moses misses Gil. (soo cheesy and mushy!). Family comes out of no where and picks on Moses.
They celebrate (about the donation which turns out to be an auction for the poor). They see the auction on tv. The starting price for 4 abalones is 50k. (which is a very small amount, if you see Ha Yu's reaction!)
Moses: But auctions go up right! Like house prices the price goes up!
Po/Louis: I think it'll go up to atleast 200-300 thousand! Maybe even 600k! I bet on it!
Ha Yu: I give you 600k to buy it for me!
Fala: Can it go up to 1 mill?
Ha Yu: Of course it can! nothing surprising!
The hosts of the auction say the price is sky high and unbelievable.
One of the people: I wonder how much it is? Maybe its 1.5 mill!
Ha Yu: Nothing special! There are a lot of people with good eyes! It might even be more then 3 million!
Host: This was auctioned with the price of 4!
Ha Yu: 4 million!
Host: 40k dollars per abalone. That measn 160k dollars! They said they will round and donate 180, 000 dollars!
Ha Yu: What?!
Host: Well now, some people will sing for us with a discount of 800k per song!
Ha Yu: 800k per song? Then what is my abalone? Garbage? So stupid!
Louis: Yeh! 180k? betting on a soccer game is more then that! I said my friend.
Moses and Ha yu gets angry.
Ha Yu: I see them as treasure, what do ou see them as? Garbage?
Moses: Re buy them!
Ha Yu: What'll the price be?
Moses: 400k! 100k per abalone! More then them!
Ha Yu: 180k for 4 abalone? Go eat your own!
At home:
Chris: Okay, now that the abalone is back, how about donating 400k!
Ha yu: What? i just did.
Fala: That was to take home the abalone!
Ha Yu: Still money!
Michelle: Then it's like you didnt donate!
Ha Yu: Yes i did! I wrote a cheque!
LSK: You guys think you can explain?
Susanna: You guys are tricky!
Moses, Ha Yu: Nu uh!
Moses: Okay, we can not take it back and put it back in the case. we will give it to buddha!
Ha Yu: Yeh! We will let buddha eat it (leave it out) THEN we will eat it! Then we eat WITH buddha!
Louis: Okay, i never ate it. first time!
LSK: If you think its right, then okay.
They ate it on LSK's birthday.
Chef that made it said that its best to eat abalone (sliced up) with rice and salty fish, with some red wine. And for desert: Birds next with almond tofu/tofu. Thats the perfect way to eat it!
They tried to bring Gil home but he said that he will only come home if they answer an IQ question.
Ha Yu talks to Gil (Bosco!). Bosco says his girlfriend, Rosanne won't let him go home unless he answers this question right.. Ha Yu says that if he can't eat the abalone he will blame Gil!
The question: A pigeon flies from the west to ____. At night it must fly for 1 hour. In the day it flies for 2 hours. Why?
Fala: I know! Because the pigeon while flying goes shopping and 2 hours is already fast!
Chris: I know! In the morning the pigeon is crazy and flies fast, so at night it is late!
Bosco: All wrong! I already tried those!
Ha Yu: Whats wrong with your girlfriend? Dump her! I want to eat those abalones!
Bosco: I want to too! But i can't!
LSK(comes out of no where): I know! The pigeon is you, you don't want to come home!
Family: ohh!
Gil: Hey ma, you are the best person in my heart, but you are wrong too!
LSK: Tsk!
Moses: You angered first ma! Explain and say sorry!
LSK: Whatever! Auntie Lei bought honeydew/some kind of melon ice cream. Go eat it before Po/Louis eats all of it!
Auntie Lei and LSK Leave.
Gil: Hey, you guys don't want me to loose 2 of my most important females in one day right? Please help!
In the webcam, they (except Ha Yu) see that the road Gil is in has a taxi with a word on it (i guess it says the location?)
Moses: Oh i know! We all don't care bout you and go eat icecream!
Fala, moses and Chris leave.
Gil: They really don't care and left!
Ha Yu: I will kill you!
Gil: I don't care, find it out, or i won't/can't eat with you guys!
The taxi Gil's in parks and Moses & Fala & Chris open's the taxi door.
Moses: Who said you couldn't leave?
Chris: Gil, wheres your Rosanna? Dad, no need to guess, we've been tricked! No we will bring them into our house!
Ha Yu: You dare trick me! Brothers & Sisters of the Tong family, do your work!
Notes: Theme song is awesome! Sorry but i do not think i will have time to make summaries THIS detailed. Next time will be shorter, the only times i will use dialogue will be funny ish moments, or quotes. It took me like 2 hours to do this >_<
